I just found this site and while my German is not good I am hoping some of you may speak English. I am a lover of Pomeranians and seek to get one by this summer. What I understand is this, that there are very few real pedigree Pomeranians here in Germany. I used to know this Canadadian lady in I think north Germany some place who had a lot of dogs. I cant rememebr her name as we only chatted on email, but she had a lovely selections of dogs. Can someone tell me what is the German equivalent to the AKC in America?

Hi,
this Forum is about Basenjis. I think we do not have any Pomeranian Owners here.

But the equivalent for the AKC is the German VDH which is to be found at www.vdh.de
